Our IT Team is looking into any issues with our email server that could cause this. In the meantime we advise customers to check their spam or junk folder as the email may have been delivered into this part of your inbox.
If you have received an order number via PayPal, this will indicate that your order was placed successfully. Your invoice ID within your PayPal transaction will be your order number.
If you have placed an order via oPayo, please take note of the order number you receive once you have placed the order. You will find this after entering your card details and paying for your purchase.
Customers who are logged into our website when placing an order can see your order history via the my account page.
